Position Overview:
The Strategic Account Sales Specialist is tasked with enhancing MSC's market presence and driving revenue growth within Mid-Market accounts, typically generating between $200,000 and $5,000,000 in potential revenue. This role will manage a portfolio valued at $2M to $4M in annual sales, focusing on accounts that are in the early stages of engagement. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insightful Engagement: Provide unique perspectives that align MSC's insights with customer priorities, helping them to view their business through a new lens.
- Effective Communication: Foster two-way dialogue with customers, linking their business needs to MSC's value propositions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
