This position will provide supervision of guest rooms, direction for all housekeeping activities, including scheduling, staffing, room inspections, training, and development of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
