Position Overview:


Join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team as a Permanent Welder, where you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the structural integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Welder, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering plans to understand the welding requirements.
  • Performing various types of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and FCAW to meet the project requirements.
  • Inspecting and maintaining your equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and adheres to safety standards.
  • Grinding, polishing, and finishing metal pieces to the required specifications.
  • Conducting inspections of your welds to ensure their quality and conformity to the blueprints and plans.
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the welding process and finding effective solutions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Welder position, you will need the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a welding role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding engineering plans.
  • Extensive experience with MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in grinding, polishing, and finishing metal pieces.
  • Strong understanding of welding safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in welding from a recognized institution will be a plus.
