Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Press Brake Operator to enhance our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring our products are produced efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
As a Press Brake Operator, your primary duties will encompass:
  • Operating press brake machinery to bend, form, straighten, and cut various materials.
  • Interpreting blueprints and plans to grasp product specifications.
  • Measuring and marking materials for cutting or shaping using precision tools.
  • Setting up and adjusting machinery in accordance with blueprint specifications.
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance processes and improve product quality.
  • Documenting work processes and maintaining records for quality assurance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Press Brake Operator position will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
