Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Press Brake Operator to enhance our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while being produced efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
As a Press Brake Operator, your primary duties will include:
  • Operating press brake machinery to bend, form, straighten, and cut various materials.
  • Interpreting blueprints and plans to comprehend product specifications.
  • Measuring and marking materials for cutting or shaping using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Setting up and adjusting machines according to blueprint specifications.
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance processes and improve product quality.
  • Documenting work processes and maintaining records for quality control purposes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Press Brake Operator position will possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other machining tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • A commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
