Job Title: Operations Administrator

AgTexas Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled Operations Administrator to join our team in Lubbock, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide advanced clerical and administrative support to multiple organizational units and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the fleet function, including driver support, acquisition/deposition administration, documentation, and records keeping.
  • Assist with facilities upkeep, including coordinating building repairs and maintenance, cleaning services, office supply inventory, and other tasks as required.
  • Coordinate the quarterly New Employee Orientation, planning, organizing, and communicating the event.
  • Assist in the administration of the Volunteer Matched Donations program, ensuring compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the development of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Use computer-based systems to track activities, set up spreadsheets, and create graphs.
  • Compose and edit letters, memoranda, and other correspondence of varying complexity.
  • Maintain tickler files and calendars to provide effective administration of organizational duties.
  • Arrange travel schedules for managers and staff, including preparing itinerary and making transportation and hotel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain various files and binders, handling sensitive information and confidential materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) or more years of planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative support activities in an office environment.
  • General knowledge of office equipment and systems used for the storage and retrieval of business information.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
