Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our automotive technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Check in customers, creating accounts and communicating needed maintenance and repairs
  • Answer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles
  • Oversee scheduling and appointment setting for automotive services
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of shop supplies and promotional materials
  • Handle billing and invoicing
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
