Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist role at Sound Pain Alliance involves providing top-notch patient care and administrative support in a dynamic clinical setting.

Duties will include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance information, and maintaining accurate patient records.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be tasked with managing phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Previous Experience in a Healthcare Setting Preferred
  • Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills and Attention to Detail
