Clinical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in Seattle. As a member of our clinical support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and delivery of patient care.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the development of high-quality patient care services.
  • You will be responsible for performing various back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys, and other procedures.
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain established quality control standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics.
  • Administer injections, perform diagnostic testing, and collect blood samples.
  • Conduct quality surveys and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; certified medical assistant (CMA) or registered medical assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.

Benefits:

  • $22-$30 per hour salary range based on experience and qualifications.

  • Overtime eligibility at time and a half.
