Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough internal reviews and audits of client records to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Perform timely utilization reviews of client documentation, offering recommendations to management and monitoring implementation.
  • Oversee the incident reporting and review process, ensuring effective staff training and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Support risk management initiatives for clients at high risk for adverse outcomes, collaborating with program managers to enhance quality of care.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate program performance and client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with client privacy regulations and the protection of confidential healthcare information.
  • Review and approve documentation for stakeholders regarding client progress in treatment.
  • Design and deliver training programs for staff on policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and modeling of inclusive practices.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of LMSW or LMHC credentials with a minimum of one year of experience in quality improvement and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in providing constructive feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
