Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough internal reviews and audits of client records to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Perform timely utilization reviews of client documentation, offering recommendations to management and monitoring implementation.
- Oversee the incident reporting and review process, ensuring effective staff training and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Support risk management initiatives for clients at high risk for adverse outcomes, collaborating with program managers to enhance quality of care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate program performance and client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with client privacy regulations and the protection of confidential healthcare information.
- Review and approve documentation for stakeholders regarding client progress in treatment.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and modeling of inclusive practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of LMSW or LMHC credentials with a minimum of one year of experience in quality improvement and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in providing constructive feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Skilled in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
