Job Summary:The Associate Director, Alt Site Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy for non-acute, alternate site care settings across all applicable US Region Business Units. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth objectives and ensure our customers' needs are met in the space.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for Alt Site commercial growth, including portfolio and product strategy requirements.
- Collaborate with Strategic Customer Group and BU Marketing Leadership to coordinate region-wide initiatives and drive execution.
- Create a clear value offer and commercial strategy to accelerate category position gains in Alt Site segments.
- Develop business cases for new line extensions/SKUs/kits serving Alternate Site markets.
- Partner with USR Sales and cross-BU marketing leadership in strategy development, offer development, and growth strategy execution.
- Set USR revenue growth and market share goals and align on cross-BU growth objectives.
- Report on performance and be accountable for USR results.
- BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline. MBA desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant Marketing experience in medical device and/or Life Science market.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant Sales experience in medical device and/or Life Science market (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of Marketing Management; leading others in Marketing (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams (preferred).
