Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced SUDs Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This role will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, developing programs, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop designated programs under the umbrella of SUDs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to CADC-R, CADC I, CADC II, CADC III, and PSS/CRM credentials.
  • Collaborate with other CCC Health Services program supervisors/managers in internal triage and referral processes.
  • Conduct ASAM assessments, Mental Health Assessments, and crisis intervention support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oregon Administrative rules governing the program.

Requirements:

  • CADC III certification.
  • Two years of relevant experience in a SUDs setting.
  • One year of lead or supervisory responsibilities or demonstrated leadership abilities from an internal directly-related role at CCC.
  • Outpatient and Dual Diagnosis experience preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on professional experience and licensure/certifications.
