Role Overview:

Become an integral part of our exciting transformation as we work towards establishing ourselves as a premier voice in technology, data, and innovation within the healthcare sector. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation processes of third-party administrators (TPAs) and employer groups on behalf of the organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for accurately entering contracts into necessary systems while fostering effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation processes for TPAs and employer groups.
  2. Accurately enter contract data into required systems.
  3. Maintain and update implementation documentation as necessary.
  4. Schedule and coordinate all meetings essential to the implementation process.
  5. Identify challenges in implementation and propose solutions to ensure processes meet and exceed company standards.
  6. Assist in training new brokers on relevant systems and portals.
  7. Customize and distribute implementation materials (guides, etc.) for respective clients.
  8. Support the resolution of issues at both TPA and client/group levels as they arise.
  9. Collaborate and communicate effectively across various disciplines and departments.
  10. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and HITRUST regulations and requirements.
  11. Exemplify the company's core competencies and values.

Job Scope:

The individual in this role will operate independently under general supervision. Daily tasks may often be varied and complex, requiring regular interaction with all levels of both internal and external contacts in the execution of responsibilities.
