Position Summary:


As a part of CRH's Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI) is recognized as a global leader in manufacturing utility infrastructure products.

Our ambition is to emerge as the most efficient producer of engineered systems and to be the preferred strategic partner for our clients. A pivotal aspect of OI's evolution involves the implementation of a new CRM / ERP system.

By leveraging a modern, unified platform, OI aims to harness the advantages of its scale, enhance customer experiences, and establish a foundation for ongoing process enhancements.

The deployment of the new CRM / ERP system will necessitate substantial organizational changes. Implementation Coordinators will grasp these changes and their business implications, becoming proficient in the new system, processes, and roles.

As integral members of the project team, Implementation Coordinators will ensure that new end users are equipped for sustained success by facilitating system testing, supporting readiness evaluations, conducting and leading end-user training, monitoring adoption rates, coaching users for optimal system use, and providing on-site assistance during the system launch phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Design:
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to gather business requirements and identify current challenges.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the future state ERP system design, including its business implications and interdependencies.
  • Document system configurations and process designs.
ERP Deployment, Training, and Sustainability:
  • Assist in monitoring data integrity, adherence to processes, and issue resolution during the ERP go-live phase.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to determine training needs for the target audience.
  • Participate in Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions.
  • Deliver, reinforce, and sustain end-user training activities (both classroom and virtual).
  • Support the development of an ongoing training and user adoption model.
  • Contribute to the creation of Salesforce and SAP training materials.
  • Help develop testing scripts based on business processes.
  • Thoroughly test system setups and configurations.
  • Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related business environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn about a new business while applying relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams while taking ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills/Education:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for process improvement.
  • A desire to tackle new and exciting challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, or involvement in another ERP implementation team.
