Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product information and offer solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records and work order files
  • Keep shelves stocked and organized
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and facilities
  • Participate in loading/unloading delivery trucks
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and make recommendations
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of paint products and tinting/mixing equipment
