Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Store Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist managers with store reporting, recordkeeping, and claims documentation
  • Monitor store communication systems and track activities related to store assignments
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration
  • Oversee employee records and files, including time and attendance records
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
Requirements
  • Prior retail administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking

Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state-mandated clearances to supervise minors.
