Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Retail Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Retail Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct daily sales reports, bank deposits, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance store operations, customer service, and sales performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills, including general typing and web browsing capabilities.
