**Retail Store Manager**

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and equip team members by living out our mission and core values, and by carrying out our company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the retail operations of the store, including the handling of cash and credit card payments, refunds, and all functions of the POS system, to ensure accuracy and security of all transactions.
  • Train and develop store staff in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
  • Responsible for the training of new employees, to ensure they have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.
  • Complete, with accuracy, all financial reporting and bank deposits, to ensure truthful reporting and recording of daily sales and donations.
  • Complete, with accuracy and a high level of organization, all administrative needs of the store, including schedules, coaching documentation, performance logs, and any other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations, to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
  • Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  • Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
  • Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
  • Ability to lift and bend for up to 75% of a standard work day.
