### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with register transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments, to ensure accuracy and security
* Work with the retail management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring compliance with our company mission statement
* Assist with stocking store shelves and clothing racks to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities
* Identify areas on the retail floor that need attention, including pulls, merchandising, and recovery
* Train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
* Complete daily reconciliation sales reports, bank deposits, and other administrative tasks with accuracy

### Skills and Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values
* Proficiency in computer skills, including general typing and web browsing
* Ability to interpret and follow instructions, both written and oral
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
