Assistant Retail Manager

KARM Stores is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Retail Management team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and secure transactions, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information.
Work closely with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store appearance.
Lead and develop a team of sales associates by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Conduct daily sales reports, bank deposits, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Collaborate with the Retail Management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
Ability to interpret and follow instructions, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other tasks that require moderate to heavy physical activity.
$15-$18.50 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases and bonuses.
