Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in commercial and industrial environments safely.
  • Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate controls according to technical drawings.
  • Ability to interpret controls drawings and follow installation procedures for Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on control systems as necessary.
  • Diagnose equipment breakdowns, test components with appropriate tools, and execute repairs.
  • Utilize knowledge of Building Automation Systems for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Complete daily electronic documentation using mobile devices or computers.
  • Drive company vehicle to service designated areas.
  • Engage in additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC controls or electrical installation/service.
  • Electrical expertise with a willingness to learn about HVAC controls.
  • Tridium N4 certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive, caring attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and equipment layout materials.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and physical capacity test.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project requirements.
