Position Summary: This role involves a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with additional on-call duties and potential overtime. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct appliance repairs
  • Perform installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Execute plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Install, repair, and rekey locks
  • Assist in moving and installing appliances
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance
  • Prepare apartments for new tenants
  • Support fellow technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
  • Comply with company safety protocols, including OSHA standards
  • Document daily work activities
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • HVAC certification is mandatory (Universal certification preferred)
  • Minimum of two years' experience in apartment maintenance
  • Proficient knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices
  • Physical capability to perform assigned tasks
  • Understanding of relevant building codes and maintenance regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation of work performed
  • Possession of personal tools
  • Reliable vehicle for maintenance tasks
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Successful completion of credit, background, and drug screenings
