Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation.

• Comfortable taking on a Lead role with an assigned Helper.

• Familiarity with local inspection codes.

• EPA Certification required.

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.

• Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including weekends when necessary.
