Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Vermont Employer. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the administrative and clinical staff of Children, Youth, and Family Services (CYFS)
  • Collect and report requirements for CYFS, including Government Performance and Response Act submissions
  • Manage the front office, including greeting clients, answering phones, and routing calls
  • Collect fees and enter payments into the electronic health record
  • Provide clerical support, including preparing materials, managing files, and disseminating information
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily attendance sheets and electronic fee sheets
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to monitor completion of CYFS program-specific reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to multiple staff members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records
