Job Title: Health Care Customer Support/Administrative Assistant

United Counseling Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Care Customer Support/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and technical assistance to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
