Pendulum Staffing is a prominent provider of aggregate transportation and delivery services, focusing on supplying high-quality materials to landscaping businesses. Our company is characterized by a robust network of contract drivers and a commitment to supporting projects of all sizes.

Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to become part of our energetic team. This position plays a vital role in broadening our customer base and boosting sales of our aggregate products. As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to landscaping businesses, showcasing our offerings, conducting market research, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Identify and engage potential landscaping businesses to present Pendulum Staffing's aggregate solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive research to grasp market dynamics, pinpoint prospective clients, and evaluate competitors to establish competitive pricing.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations of our products to landscaping businesses, emphasizing the advantages and unique selling points.
  • Negotiation: Engage in discussions to finalize pricing and sales terms that benefit both parties.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with current clients, ensuring their requirements are met and orders are processed efficiently.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the Sales Director with sales progress and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the trucking, hauling, or landscaping sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-sufficient and adept at time management.
  • Familiarity with the local market and landscaping industry is advantageous.
  • Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.
  • Experience in landscaping supply is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

  • This role operates on a commission-only basis, offering 7% of the gross profit from all sales, encompassing both new and existing accounts.
  • The anticipated total annual earnings in the first year can exceed $100,000 for full-time engagement.
