**Job Summary**
The Parts Sales Representative will provide exceptional customer service to clients by identifying replacement and warranty parts, tracking and shipping parts from our warehouse. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with the Outside Salesman to support multiple product lines represented by HTS Texas.
- Assist customers with identifying parts, providing quotes, and processing orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and showroom.
- Stock warehouse and showroom with parts and supplies.
- Inform customers of updates and service bulletins from manufacturers.
- Fulfill sales orders, including placing orders with manufacturers, tracking shipping, and completing invoicing.
- Ship and receive freight for Parts department-related supplies and equipment.
- Administer warranties for parts from all manufacturers.
- Process freight claims for damaged goods.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Construction, or Parts Industry.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs.
