Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction using data-driven methodologies.
  • Process Development: Define production capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Testing and Validation: Design and oversee testing to meet performance and durability expectations.
  • Communication: Develop and communicate measurements effectively across the organization.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and train teams in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering field or a bachelor's degree in any discipline with subsequent relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering capacity with a quantifiable track record of results.
  • Qualifications: Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset. Address complex issues in diverse environments. Apply quality assurance and problem-solving tools appropriately. Innovate and find creative solutions to challenges. Thrive in team settings as both leader and contributor. Inspire and motivate others to share your vision. Communicate ideas clearly at all organizational levels. Adapt to various business settings and audiences.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skilled in statistical process control and quality assurance methods. Hands-on approach to process and product improvement, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of solutions.
