Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Actively participate in the quality assurance process, contributing to the identification and resolution of defects and issues.
  • Requirements Gathering: Review and gather requirements to ensure clarity and completeness, and utilize risk-based testing to identify critical areas.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with business teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios, and provide accurate estimates for test efforts.
  • Defect Management: Log, track, and drive the resolution of defects to ensure a high-quality deliverable.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics, and provide go/no-go recommendations, and run daily standups to foster collaboration and transparency within the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on QA testing experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and adept problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in testing methods and Agile Methodology.
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Azure DevOps / ALM or similar tools, and openness to innovative thinking and implementing out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
