Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process procedures, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, including training and mentoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and technical operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
