Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Assume all duties of running the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Staff Management: Lead a team of 35+ employees, including assistant G.M. and kitchen management staff, to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $57,200 annual salary, with a 9% raise after 90 days and 6% quarterly bonuses based on store profits.
  • Health Insurance: Florida Blue Health Insurance, as well as dental and vision insurance after the waiting period has been met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 million dollars in sales per year in a fast-paced, full-service sports-themed restaurant.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and high-quality service standards.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
