Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of line-level staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu engineering strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; minimum of two-year culinary degree preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
