Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at A Plus and Associates Accounting TA.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications, picking up and delivering items.
  • Monitoring clients' expenses and entering cash and credit card receipts in Excel format.
  • Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operations.
  • Designing and maintaining filing and storage systems in the office.
  • Light accounting duties.
