The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. In this role, you will work independently to review medical records electronically through a web portal and conduct in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

You will then document your findings electronically using the web portal. Please note that this role does not involve making disability determinations, which are made by the United States Veterans Administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records systems
