MRG Exams is proud to offer a rewarding career opportunity for a Disability Examiner to serve the veteran community. In this role, you will conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

As a Disability Examiner, you will review medical records electronically and perform in-person physical exams. You will then analyze data from the medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clinical setting without the responsibilities of treating patients or prescribing medication. You will work a set schedule during normal business hours with NO on-call responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in using a computer, and hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills, able to stay on task and meet requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Must hold a current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data
  • Proficient in using a computer
