Examination of US Veterans

We are seeking a skilled Medical Examiner to conduct comprehensive examinations of United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The successful candidate will review medical records electronically and perform thorough, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

A key aspect of this role is to document exam findings accurately through a web portal, while understanding that disability determinations are made by the United States Veterans Administration.

This position entails conducting Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans daily and working within a Full-Time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8a-4p).

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON role, with no responsibilities related to treatment or medication prescription.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong interest in performing Independent Medical Assessments.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data from medical records and exam findings.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • A valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.

Estimated Annual Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 based on location and experience. MRG Exams values its team members and offers a competitive compensation package.
