About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support to our nursing teams in the northeast area. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and scheduling meetings and events. You will also monitor and audit reporting systems under the NFP model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
  • Prepare memorandums and reports outlining administrative procedures and policies
  • Arrange programs, events, and conferences, including arranging facilities and caterers
  • Conduct preparation of records, including agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
  • Prepare reports, including weekly data and audit reports for senior management and staff
  • Compile and reconcile company credit card transactions
  • Assist with tracking and contacting client referrals and collecting client satisfaction surveys
Requirements
  • Administrative professional experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to NFP model and Goodwill's values
