About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Optimization Specialist to join our team at Ambyint. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer success metrics, improving product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve customer success metrics, such as product usage and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support for product implementations
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and operations teams to optimize production
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills
  • Lead customer success team engagements with key customer personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in petroleum, mechanical, or chemical engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in production engineering with an E&P company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with a passion for digital technology and analytics
