About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
  • Meet or exceed individual service and productivity goals
  • Utilize multiple sources and modes of communication to retain and apply organizational updates, promotions, and product, service, policy, and procedural changes
  • Communicate with other departments to solve member inquiries and issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of work experience in customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, sales, banking/financial, or related field
  • High proficiency and comfort level with computer systems/software applications
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is required
  • Self-directed and independent worker
  • Thrive on being helpful, positive, acting with integrity, and embracing inclusion and diversity
