Become a vital member of the HR department at Steinway Inc. This position encompasses delivering comprehensive HR assistance across multiple sectors, including Corporate, Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing benefits programs, facilitating union recruitment and onboarding, addressing employee relations issues, and supporting manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard union employees for manufacturing roles
- Address union employee relations and manage grievances
- Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and development strategies
- Oversee benefit enrollment and administration tasks
- Support salary management and leave administration
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and social gatherings
- Contribute to various HR initiatives as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
