Job Summary

As a key member of the Telecare Corporation team, the Licensed Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Riverside County Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC). This 79-bed sub-acute residential adult program provides 24/7/365 mental health recovery services in a supportive, structured, and secure inpatient environment. The Administrator will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee quality assurance performance improvements, and collaborate with corporate departments and outside consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of program operations, including budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
  • Supervise professional staff, ensuring a healthy staffing pattern and providing clinical supervision as needed.
  • Develop and maintain productive work relationships with State and local agency partners, adapting to changing customer and community needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the program and State/County customers and community partners.
