As a Unit Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our industry-leading solutions within the community engagement sector. This position encompasses a comprehensive approach to managing our operational ecosystem, which includes various service channels, data analytics, and collaborative partnerships.

Your engagement with stakeholders across all functions will be crucial in achieving outstanding results for our community initiatives.


About the Team:

The Unit Operations team is comprised of a talented group of professionals who bring a wealth of experience from diverse backgrounds. They are recognized for their expertise and commitment to excellence.

Supported by a robust network of internal partners, including Product Development, Sales, and Client Relations, our team is well-equipped to drive impactful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead a variety of initiatives while guiding and influencing team members to meet our operational objectives, which include financial performance, client satisfaction, and process enhancements.


Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Championing strategic priorities across various stakeholders by leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products and market dynamics.
  • Participating in client briefings and forums to represent our operational strategies and gather valuable insights.
  • Collaborating closely with Product teams to drive resource planning and prioritize development efforts.
  • Fostering new partnerships to address community needs and enhance our service offerings.
  • Identifying opportunities for product consolidation and migration initiatives.
  • Engaging with industry experts to promote our operational strategies and integrated plans.
  • Driving sales initiatives for both new and existing services to achieve our financial targets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in management or related fields.
  • Experience in community engagement or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in client interactions and presentations.
  • Leadership experience in a collaborative organizational structure.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
