As a key member of our restaurant team, the General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including:

  • Maintaining financial controls and ensuring the restaurant's financial performance meets our standards.
  • Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training, and orienting new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Coaching, counseling, and developing staff to improve their performance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of our equipment, facilities, and food handling practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members.
  • Ensuring that our restaurant meets all health and safety standards and regulations.

What We Expect from You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager who can lead our team to success. If you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume food service concept.
  • The flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal and driving records.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and all required documents.
  • The ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as a customer service focus.
