- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service, medium to high-volume restaurant.
- Proven track record of successful performance in prior positions, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
