Job Title: Field Operations Manager

National Ambulance LLC, a leading ambulance service provider in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. This full-time position comes with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Job Summary:

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating EMS and Paratransit field operations, establishing clear goals and expectations for field staff, and conducting quality assurance and control. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ambulance and transportation services, as well as experience in supervisory and management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate EMS and Paratransit field operations, including establishing clear goals and expectations for field staff.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for EMS and Paratransit departments.
  • Lead meetings and facilitate interdepartmental communications to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Generate statistics and reports using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Apply progressive discipline with field staff, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and injuries, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Coordinate field logistics, including purchasing and inventory control.
  • Ensure corporate compliance and customer service issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to navigate databases.
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of ambulance and transportation services, healthcare industry, and customer service principles.
