**Job Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the administrative staff and front office operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Review and assist in correcting Southern Region Unbilled and Held Claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Verify the accuracy of authorizations for all service lines and collaborate with Southern Region supervisors to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure that all benefits assignments are entered correctly in the electronic health record (EHR) and identify and resolve any missing information.
  • Run and analyze reports to complete weekly and monthly reporting to the state.
  • Monitor internal and external referrals for accuracy and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Oversee workflow management and ensure that all services are scheduled efficiently.
  • Manage payment for services rendered, including co-pays, self-pay, and batching.
  • Review and report productivity data to leadership and work with them to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth data tracking to support improvements across programs.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in billing and medical records management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to type standard letters and complete typewritten forms with accuracy and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and ability to maintain confidentiality.
