Job Summary:

National Ambulance LLC is seeking a highly motivated EMS Coordinator to manage our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating ALS and BLS field operations, updating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, leading meetings, and ensuring company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ALS and BLS field operations, including establishing clear goals, deadlines, and expectations for field staff.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control for ALS and BLS operations.
  • Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for ALS and BLS.
  • Lead meetings and ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Generate statistics and reports using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and injuries.
  • Coordinate EMS field logistics, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Ensure corporate compliance and customer service issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to navigate databases.
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Knowledge of ambulance and transportation services, healthcare industry, or related field.
