About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Controller to join our team at Oxford Instruments Plc. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for our regional operations, including monthly close and consolidation of multiple business units.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the region, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations to senior leadership to ensure the region's financial stability.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficient and effective financial processes, ensuring scalability and consistency across the region.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and support business growth.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of success in a regional controller or similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
