About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at JobRialto. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide quality patient-centered care, closely monitoring patients in critical condition. You will also act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients with complex medical needs.
  • Monitor patients' cardiac activity and respond effectively to a range of health issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain patient-centered excellence.
  • Advocate for patients, families, and significant others in all aspects of care.

Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and active nursing license in the state.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
