Job Title: Patient Advocate Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Advocate Specialist to join our team at Curative HR LLC. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong background in patient advocacy and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient support and advocacy services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
  • Analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) a plus.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Austin, TX.
